I help people understand and use AI systems effectively by turning “Complex AI capability” into “Human understanding” and practical, responsible application. My focus is the teaching function: being able to teach the function of AI, not just its buttons and features.

I operate at the intersection of HI (Human Intelligence) and SI (System Intelligence). On the SI side, I support understanding of AI tools, data concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and system capabilities and limitations; on the HI side, I emphasize teaching, communication, context, ethics, judgment, and human needs.

The core value I bring is bridging human adoption gaps in AI deployments. I align training from “How to use the tool” to “Why the tool matters, when it applies, and where human judgment is required,” so teams can transform capability into human capability.

I also design training to avoid common failure modes: technology worship, fear-based resistance, and information without understanding. I frame success around creating a connection point between human intelligence and system intelligence—so people can think better with AI, responsibly.
