Ellery Burks

I am a dedicated Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and Certified Clinical Sleep Health Specialist (CCSH) with 18 years in clinical sleep medicine. I focus on accurate diagnostics, advanced therapeutic interventions, and patient-centered sleep health education.

In clinical roles I perform diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies, operate polysomnographic equipment, monitor sleep and respiratory activity, and analyze physiological data to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.

I have experience delivering CPAP and other positive airway pressure therapies, and titrating Inspire hypoglossal nerve implants. I proposed and advocated for a collaborative sleep education program to promote preventive sleep health across a major health system.

Outside clinical practice I provide personalized fitness, nutrition, and recovery programs as a Certified Personal Trainer, integrating sleep optimization into performance plans and preparing athletes for physique competitions.
