What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in clinical operations—owning multi-site equipment deployment, supporting teams, and driving measurable outcomes. I want to use AI tools to streamline workflows while delivering excellent patient care. I want to further my expertise with valuable training and experience, as well as continue my education to further my career.

I’m a polysomnographic technologist specializing in advanced sleep diagnostics, medical equipment management, and multi-site operations. I’ve built a track record of measurable revenue growth alongside clinical excellence across pediatric, geriatric, and low-mobility populations.

In my current role, I’ve been designated the department’s only specialist on next-generation ResMed diagnostic equipment, deploying and supporting these systems across two hospital locations. I’m also the only bilingual (English/Spanish) technologist in the department and deliver real-time interpretation for patients, families, and clinical teams—while independently running overnight diagnostic studies on 5+ patients per shift.
