What I'm looking for

I'm looking for finance operations, payment investigation, reconciliation, fraud, or financial crime roles where I can use SAP, Excel, data analysis, and investigation skills to resolve complex transaction issues accurately.

At Allstate, I investigate payment-application exceptions, validate payor and policy information, and manually transfer and apply payments through SAP Fiori. I reconcile payments against invoices, bills, and policy balances while maintaining 100% SLA adherence and zero material processing errors.
