What I'm looking for

I am looking for PRN roles with flexible hours.

I’m a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist with 7+ years of nephrology and internal medicine experience at an academic medical center. I focus on translating evidence into day-to-day practice to improve patient outcomes through scientific exchange and practice innovation.

In my current role as a Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator, I lead cross-functional, data-driven initiatives—locally and system-wide—to identify care gaps and implement guideline-directed, evidence-based interventions. I also deliver clinical education across disciplines to increase adoption of therapeutics aligned with quality and safety priorities.

As a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director (and related coordinator leadership), I oversee accreditation, curriculum design, and competency evaluation in alignment with ASHP standards. I lead recruitment, preceptor development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to strengthen consistency in resident training and institutional practice advancement.

Across my nephrology/internal medicine work, I serve as a system subject matter expert for renal dosing, medication safety, and CKD management across a multi-hospital network. I deliver ACPE-accredited, data-focused presentations and support practice improvements grounded in emerging clinical evidence—advancing areas like AKI detection, anticoagulation safety in renal impairment, and formulary policy optimization.
