At Yanmar Europe B.V., I built and continuously update the commercial contract playbook and own the contract lifecycle across EMEA subsidiaries, from drafting and negotiation through renewal and termination.
I drove the rollout of legal and compliance policies with Yanmar's global legal function and EMEA business stakeholders. I also led M&A transactions, post-acquisition legal integration, and implementation of Legisway and a legal entity management system across EMEA subsidiaries.
At CSC (formerly Intertrust Netherlands B.V.), I managed corporate governance and compliance for client entities, led M&A transactions, and supported client onboardings under Dutch trust and anti-money laundering regimes.
My earlier work spans commercial counsel at MIDA Biotech B.V. and MENEX, intellectual property prosecution at Antequera Parilli & Rodríguez, and international tax and private-client work at D’Empaire. I’m admitted to the Venezuelan Bar Association and fluent in English and Spanish.
