What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented marketing graduate who blends psychological foundations of marketing with hands-on UX/UI and Business Design experience. I’m driven by curiosity about the “why” behind human behavior, and I use that insight to build digital products that resonate.
Through the Nedbank Yes4Youth initiative, I worked as an UX/UI & Business Design Associate, conducting concept testing and translating findings into stakeholder reports to optimize user journeys. I moderated usability testing sessions for the Nedbank Home Loans onboarding flow, identifying and addressing critical friction points.
I also bring an operational, customer-focused mindset from my time in customer-facing roles. As a Debt Collector & Customer Service Specialist, I managed complex interactions through empathetic communication, negotiated sustainable payment arrangements, resolved queries, and maintained data integrity in internal CRM systems.
