What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply UX/UI, usability research, and business design to improve user journeys. I want a team that values direct feedback, curiosity about human behavior, and building digital products that truly resonate.

I’m a detail-oriented marketing graduate who blends psychological foundations of marketing with hands-on UX/UI and Business Design experience. I’m driven by curiosity about the “why” behind human behavior, and I use that insight to build digital products that resonate.

Through the Nedbank Yes4Youth initiative, I worked as an UX/UI & Business Design Associate, conducting concept testing and translating findings into stakeholder reports to optimize user journeys. I moderated usability testing sessions for the Nedbank Home Loans onboarding flow, identifying and addressing critical friction points.

I also bring an operational, customer-focused mindset from my time in customer-facing roles. As a Debt Collector & Customer Service Specialist, I managed complex interactions through empathetic communication, negotiated sustainable payment arrangements, resolved queries, and maintained data integrity in internal CRM systems.

I thrive in environments that challenge my patterns and reward direct, honest insights. From competitor research to visual design and prototyping in Figma, I’m excited to contribute to user-centered teams that value usability, clarity, and measurable improvement.
