At Barnes & Noble Town Center, I help customers find books, make recommendations that match what they are looking for, and promote products while meeting monthly title-selling goals.

I'm learning to merchandise products, detail sections, maintain appealing displays, and resolve customer and in-store issues. My work is grounded in customer service, organization, creativity, and problem-solving.

I've also provided in-home childcare since 2018 and supported pipefitters with daily tasks at Zachary Construction, where I began learning the pipefitting trade.
