At HAVELSAN, I own the product vision, strategy, and technical roadmap for MAIN, an on-premise generative AI platform in active use at 7 government and enterprise organizations. I manage a prioritized backlog of 50+ items and work with engineering on LLM selection, RAG and GraphRAG, agentic features, and deployment.
I reshaped MAIN’s AI capabilities into a 5-module product family and helped win enterprise and public-sector contracts through solution design, technical proposals, and product demos. I’ve also led customer discovery interviews and presented AI strategy and roadmap to executive and government stakeholders.
Before moving into product management, I built production RAG and GraphRAG pipelines at HAVELSAN and adapted LLMs for Turkish and multilingual tasks. I contributed to a patented hybrid anomaly and fraud detection system deployed at a national government revenue agency.
My speech recognition research resulted in a first-author paper at TSD 2025. I also built a document comparison application during my Software Engineering Intern role at ASELSAN, and I’m pursuing an M.S. in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University.
