At Midware Data Systems, I deliver Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Entra ID. I work directly with customers to understand requirements, design solutions, run technical demos, and support proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.
I implement kiosk, compliance, lockdown, and application-control policies; manage licensing and M365 tenants; and troubleshoot servers, domain controllers, replication, clusters, and disaster recovery. I also mentor interns and have built software projects using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, C#, C++, and WPF.
