I’m a data-driven Economics and Statistics graduate building my career as a CRM Data & Insights Analyst. I’ve worked with large-scale datasets through public-sector internships, focusing on data collection, verification, and reporting that stakeholders can trust. I enjoy translating complex information into clear decisions, especially in areas like customer lifecycle analysis and A/B testing.

At the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), I collect, verify, and maintain datasets to support internal reporting and decision-making, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and governance. I also collaborate cross-functionally to produce accurate, structured outputs for departmental stakeholders—mirroring the rigor needed for CRM data pipeline management. My freelance transcription work further strengthened my attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment.

During my KNBS internship, I administered structured questionnaires, then handled end-to-end data entry, cleaning, and validation for statistical analysis. I also completed analytical projects where I cleaned and validated 500+ survey records in Excel and communicated trends and anomalies through summary reports. With ongoing development in SQL, Python for analysis, and Power BI dashboards, I’m ready to help optimize engagement strategies using governed CRM data.
