I'm working as primary job Event Staff with CSC in Hartford, helping guests with ticket validation and entry procedures while controlling crowd flow. I greet guests, monitor entry points for safety and compliance, and use magnetic wands and detectors, bag checking, and pat downs.

Before that, I worked at Apple Rehab in Colchester as a per diem Dietary Aide and Receptionist—handling food prep, restocking, dishwashing, delivering food, collecting orders, and sanitizing and sweeping. I also did reception, paging, and answering phone calls.

I’ve also built experience in fast-paced guest service at Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, and Subway through front counter/dining room hosting, food prep, cashier work, and closing and locking up. I’m best in roles that are people focused, where staying clear and easy to understand matters, whether the environment is loud and busy or slower and more spread out.
