What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Data Analyst/BI role where I can build KPI dashboards, automate ETL, and deliver clear recommendations to stakeholders. I want an environment that values data accuracy, structured problem-solving, and measurable impact on business decisions.

I’m a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst focused on applying structured analytics and BI expertise to support scalable reporting and data-driven decision-making. I work across the full pipeline—from data modeling and ETL to dashboard development and KPI reporting.

In project work, I analyzed 5.5M+ bike-share trip records using SQL to uncover behavioral differences between annual members and casual riders, including peak usage and ride duration trends. I then packaged findings into actionable insights that highlight revenue conversion opportunities between customer segments.

I also built an interactive Power BI dashboard for clinic operational performance, transforming raw healthcare data with Power Query and DAX to ensure completeness and accuracy. The result was clear visibility into patient volume, departmental demand, and referral patterns—paired with operational recommendations like referral standardization and workload balancing.

Beyond dashboards, I strengthen analysis with strong data hygiene and reproducible tooling. Using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and Git, I performed pricing and market-impact analysis for Airbnb listings and produced professional analytical visuals; I’m equally comfortable working in Excel for performance metrics and trend comparisons.
