What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply economic evaluation to health systems resilience—linking climate-health policy and pandemic preparedness with practical policy translation, including digital health education and strong monitoring for real-world impact.

I’m a health economist and public health specialist with 15+ years across academic, governmental, and global health settings. I’m currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Porto, working on health impacts of pollution under the Horizon Europe-funded BESTCOST project.

My work includes preparing methodological deliverables (e.g., protocols for monetization), conducting systematic literature reviews, and developing analytical frameworks to support decision-making. I’ve also contributed to WP 5 and WP 9 activities and presented research at international conferences.

Previously, I consulted on pandemic preparedness and PHC strengthening, including national immunization workforce strategy, M&E frameworks, and logistics improvement. Earlier roles included supporting COVID-19 SOPs and training curricula, delivering digital training via iGoT, and providing regulatory reform support, alongside teaching health economics, management, and public health.
