I’m a Manual QA Engineer with 1.6 years of commercial experience, and I genuinely enjoy digging into complex systems to make products better. I’ve worked as the sole QA specialist in an international startup, owning quality across web, mobile, desktop, and IoT platforms.

I built QA processes from scratch—creating test documentation, establishing regular regression and smoke testing routines, and setting up bug tracking. From the beginning, I took full ownership of quality: documentation, checklists, and structured regression coverage that the team could rely on.

Collaboration is where I add real value. I worked closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and create complex test cases covering critical user scenarios—so testing mapped directly to product intent.

Practically, I focused on measurable impact: I reduced support ticket handling time from 30+ minutes to 5–10 minutes, and I created 3+ user guides and video tutorials to decrease incoming support requests. I want to join a team that values initiative, where I can take ownership and truly impact the product.
