At Dangote Cement Plc Obajana Plant, I coordinate kiln operations and refractories as a Shift Manager and Process/Production Engineer. I work toward production, quality, availability, and safety targets across shifts.

My kiln operations work includes planning operations and coordinating maintenance programmes with maintenance teams. I also monitor fuel and power consumption and take preventive measures to minimize equipment downtime.

Previously, I worked on coal mills at Dangote Cement Plc Obajana Plant and cement mills at Dangote Cement Plc Gboko Plant. In these roles, I coordinated shift operations and maintenance, with a focus on production and quality targets.

My achievements include plant optimization and commissioning of coal mills (loche) and Pyro burners KHD and jet flex. I also trained new recruits in coal mills and kiln operations.
