I've provided patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, and clinical documentation at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital and Sori Lakeside Hospital.

During my Clinical Officer internship at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital, I rotated through Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Accident and Emergency, and outpatient clinics. I supported resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients, interpreted laboratory investigations, participated in ward rounds, and delivered patient counselling and preventive healthcare advice.

At Sori Lakeside Hospital, I managed outpatient and inpatient cases under supervision, initiated treatment plans, prescribed medications, requested diagnostic investigations, and collaborated with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

I've also worked as a freelance Medical Transcriptionist and Academic Medical Writer, producing evidence-based healthcare content and documentation with accuracy, confidentiality, and strong professional communication.
