As an independent software engineer in Uganda, I’m architecting an offline-first inventory system with Angular 20+ and RxJS. It uses observables, service workers, and local caching to support state synchronization and reliable performance in low-connectivity environments.

At NORRIQ, I engineered custom applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 using TypeScript and C#. I also developed Azure Functions and maintained systems across .NET Framework and .NET Core.

At SMARTBET, I integrated services for fetching odds and updates using ASP.NET Core and Socket.IO. I also developed the online betting UI with ReactJS and Zustand and managed SQL Server database issues.

At NFT-CONSULT, I designed and automated a regional payroll system used across six countries, serving more than 5,000 employees. I also built a Mobile Money Agents application to improve activity visibility for more than 500 agents in Uganda.
