At Infobip, I supported, managed, and monitored SMS Firewall infrastructure, handling troubleshooting and incident management. I analyzed network traffic with Wireshark across IP, SMPP, Sigtran, and SIP protocols.

In my independent projects, I designed and deployed a Dockerized Home Assistant environment on Raspberry Pi/Linux. I integrated ESP32 devices with ESPHome and created Python and Bash scripts using the RouterOS v7 REST API.

I also set up Prometheus and Grafana monitoring for local Docker stacks and Raspberry Pi hardware, with metrics hosted on AWS. My dashboards track network health and system metrics.

Earlier, at COCOM SAS and COCOM LTDA, I managed and designed LAN-WAN and wireless ISP networks, and implemented firewalls, QoS, and VoIP systems. I hold an Electronic Engineering degree and a Network Security Specialist qualification.
