At SBCert, I develop and support production systems for agribusiness certification, monitoring, animal registration, and regulatory workflows. I optimized a critical MySQL query from 37 seconds to 4 seconds and support platforms used by more than 2,000 users.
I also built and maintain a helpdesk module handling approximately 300 tickets per month, created 17 dashboards and user-facing screens, and maintain five WebService integrations. In my BentiFiles project, I designed, implemented, and deployed a digital file management and subscription SaaS platform.
