At Nalchik Dairy Plant, I initiated AI transformation, built the first AI platform generations independently, and grew the AI department to seven engineers while retaining architecture and production ownership across about 11 products. My AI Chaban2 platform became the primary order-entry channel, processing roughly 9–11k ERP orders monthly across 1,500 active retail outlets.
I build agent orchestration, retrieval systems, self-hosted Qwen/vLLM inference, evaluation, observability, and secure ERP integrations. Previously, I led enterprise IT and automation at Zhako Confectionery Factory and developed full-cycle C++ systems for business clients.
