What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support patients, clients, or research participants through complex journeys using clear communication, careful documentation, and coordinated healthcare or service operations.

At Toronto Western Hospital , I guided patients through screening, consent, scheduling, MRI visits, assessments, biospecimen collection, and follow-up while coordinating physicians, imaging teams, and laboratory partners. I maintained accurate records across Epic, EPR, and REDCap, built REDCap and Qualtrics instruments, and standardized recurring workflows through SOPs.

I've also supported 600+ University of Toronto events, edited 120+ evidence-based medicine podcast episodes, and served up to 300 customers daily in a hospital setting. I bring warm, precise communication in English and Spanish, along with independent problem-solving and careful documentation.
