I’m an AI Automation Engineer with a programmer / technician background, focused on building production-ready workflows — not demos or fragile “zap-style” automations.

My work usually involves:
• mapping how work actually flows inside a business
• identifying where time, data, or context gets lost
• designing end-to-end systems across CRMs, databases, AI services, and communication channels
• making sure everything is logged, traceable, and easy to maintain

I don’t just “connect tools”. I care about reliability, clean data handoff, and what happens when things go wrong.

Selected projects:
• AI Screening Call System (HubSpot + Retell + Twilio + Supabase)
Automated short outbound screening calls triggered by CRM stage changes. Call results (score, summary, key answers) were written back into the deal, with transcripts and structured analysis stored for reporting and debugging.

• Instagram AI Booking Assistant (OpenAI + Airtable + Telegram)
Collected booking requirements in DMs, extracted structured data, and handed off clean summaries to a manager for fast scheduling.

• Aftercare Follow-up Automation (Google Calendar → Instagram DM)
Detected completed sessions and sent personalized aftercare automatically, eliminating missed follow-ups.

Before automation, I worked with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and lead generation.
This helps me design systems that start at the lead source and continue through internal operations, CRM updates, and reporting — not just isolated automations.
