What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, secure, and compliant backend systems in an Agile team, while deepening my production experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

I've supported and improved Java middleware for Citibanamex's Android app at AgileThought, leading L3 troubleshooting, production testing, log analysis, and root-cause resolution. I developed a ticket-triage strategy that improved resolution rates and SLA performance.

I've also built a Laravel logistics application for Viasat, including its PostgreSQL data model and dealer-order approval workflow. Across financial services and software consulting, I work with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, microservices, and secure, compliant backend systems.
