I’m looking for an analytics/BI role where I can build reliable pipelines, KPI frameworks, and self-serve dashboards that drive measurable cost and operational improvements—working in Orlando or remote, with room to grow into advanced modeling.

I’m a data analyst and BI developer who delivers measurable business impact—building Power BI/Tableau reporting pipelines, defining KPI frameworks, and replacing manual reporting with live, self-serve analytics. In independent consulting, I overhauled data infrastructure for an e-commerce operations client and supported significant cost reductions by cleaning/restructuring large datasets and delivering 5+ executive dashboards across 8+ functions. At Walmart, I used Workday and Excel to manage workforce analytics for 300+ associates and built monitoring reports that reduced attendance incidents and eliminated redundant hiring cycles.

I combine hands-on SQL, Python, and R with BI visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio, using approaches such as ETL and CRISP-DM to turn complex problems into decisions-ready outputs.
