What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a paralegal role where I can support immigration and family-law matters end-to-end—researching, drafting, and managing case workflows—while communicating clearly with clients and collaborating closely with attorneys in a fast-paced, organized team.

I’m a paralegal and office manager focused on immigration and family law, supporting attorneys from intake through filings and hearings. In my current role, I supervise hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of administrative staff while overseeing daily operations of a high-volume immigration practice.

I manage active case files to ensure compliance with court deadlines, USCIS requirements, and internal procedures. I also conduct legal research and prepare motions, declarations, affidavits, and attorney correspondence, translating legal documents and interpreting communication between Korean- and English-speaking clients.

Previously, as a Legal Assistant, I prepared and managed humanitarian and family-based immigration matters including AOS, SIJS, T Visas, U Visas, VAWA petitions, and Consular Processing. I drafted supporting evidence for USCIS filings and RFEs, prepared bond motions and habeas corpus petitions for clients detained by ICE, and helped prepare EOIR Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings—strengthening my commitment to accuracy, urgency, and client-centered advocacy.
