What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to top-level health-delivery decision-making through public health laboratory leadership, disease surveillance, outbreak response, research, training, and mentorship.

I lead the Zonal Public Health Laboratory in Sekondi, Ghana Health Service/MOH, delivering specialized diagnostic testing, outbreak investigations, disease surveillance, and confirmatory laboratory services for HIV/STI and TB programmes.

I've investigated cholera, measles, rubella, avian influenza, rabies, foodborne disease, and adverse events following immunization across Ghana. My work includes evaluating surveillance systems, analysing public health data, contributing to peer-reviewed research, and supporting emergency preparedness and response.

I also teach microbiology and epidemiology, mentor field epidemiology trainees and laboratory leaders, and support health workers through the Ghana Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Programme.
