I've spent 13 years at Qorus Software delivering quality assurance for enterprise software solutions, including SharePoint Online, Smart Lists, Smart Layouts, and document automation products.
I plan and execute manual, functional, integration, and regression testing; create test plans, test cases, and summary reports; and manage defects in Azure DevOps. I also perform API testing with Postman and validate REST APIs, JSON, and XML through UAT and production sign-off.
Before Qorus, I supported functional and regression testing, test planning, defect management, and Agile delivery at Genasys Technologies.
I began my software quality career at DXS Systems, combining client support and software installations with manual testing, regression testing, and defect validation. I'm ISTQB-certified and have over 17 years of software quality assurance experience.
