My work samples turn commercial contract review into structured first-pass frameworks. I prepared NDA and commercial contract matrices that classify preferred terms, acceptable fallbacks, and issues for escalation.

I also developed a SaaS and AI vendor risk assessment framework covering privacy, security, intellectual property, data retention, and AI-specific risks. At BaskRay India Pvt. Ltd., I maintained client and lead records in MS Excel and supported documentation and reporting. I’m a B.Com graduate and CS Executive student with Group 2 cleared, and completed a certificate course in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
