Previously at Fiserv and Tech Mahindra, I governed access across Active Directory, AIX/Linux, DFS, NTFS, Microsoft Exchange, and Skype for Business. I've delivered audit evidence, remediated stale and orphan identities, strengthened ACL controls, and automated ServiceNow CMDB asset-list integration.
