What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable production AI systems, especially LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and real-time voice workflows, where I can improve model quality through evaluation, observability, secure integrations, and rapid iteration.

At Neon, I build production LLM applications using retrieval-augmented generation and multi-step agentic workflows. I improved response relevance by 20% and reduced retrieval latency by 35% through scalable data-store design, indexing, and partitioning.

I develop evaluation loops using golden sets, trajectory evaluation, and LLM-as-judge frameworks to improve release gating and reduce unpredictable outputs. I also build observability tooling, automate CI/CD, and refine prompt and context architecture with DSPy and GEPA.

Previously at IBM India, I built GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, RESTful APIs, and a semantic-embedding retrieval prototype. I’m especially focused on secure AI integrations, real-time voice systems, and dependable production workflows.
