At ATB Agrobank, I lead full-cycle recruitment for IT specialists across Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Mobile, Data, and systems analysis.

I partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define technical stacks, seniority, responsibilities, budgets, and hiring timelines. I build sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, hh.ru, Telegram communities, GitHub, meetups, and employee referrals.

I conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, prepare structured candidate assessments, and support final hiring decisions. I also manage offers, compensation negotiations, candidate retention, and onboarding through the start date.

I use recruitment funnel analytics—including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and hiring sources—to improve hiring processes. I strengthen the IT employer brand, advise internal stakeholders on the talent market, and mentor junior recruitment specialists.
