I'm currently an Automotive Service Advisor at Top Quality Motors Ltd, promoted from Booking Clerk in 2024. I welcome workshop clients, diagnose vehicle complaints, and create detailed job cards for technicians.
I conduct vehicle walk-arounds to record existing damage, mileage, and fuel levels, while keeping clients updated on repair progress, costs, and collection times. I also coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor on parts availability and vehicle delivery.
My work includes liaising with insurance adjusters on accident repair estimates, preparing invoices, and verifying billing against completed work orders. I follow up with customers after service to gather feedback and support satisfaction.
