I’m an Associate Consultant focused on Power Platform solutions for workflow automation and process optimization. Since joining NTT DATA Business Solutions in Chennai, I’ve developed and supported Power Apps applications integrated with SharePoint for centralized data management and clearer day-to-day operations.

I’ve designed automated approval workflows in Power Automate to improve operational efficiency, including creating approval and notification flows for structured business processes. In my work, I build dashboard reporting and automated notifications to increase business process visibility, helping teams track status and act faster.

On projects, I built a centralized ticketing and request tracking system using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint Lists, with automated approval workflows for assignment, escalation, and closure. I also developed HR automation for onboarding, leave requests, and approval management, plus exit clearance workflows for asset returns and employee status tracking—always using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround.
