At Cognizant, I test web-based e-commerce applications across UI, API, and backend layers throughout the software lifecycle. My work includes functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing, as well as validating business logic with Microsoft SQL.

On the VAST Online automotive platform, I test complex business flows across point-of-sale, inventory, and warehouse services. I use Postman and Swagger for API validation and check UI designs against Figma specifications.

I’ve also taken on Business Analyst responsibilities, facilitating meetings with stakeholders and refining acceptance criteria so development, QA, and product teams have clear requirements. I participate in Agile ceremonies and conduct demos alongside the development team and product owner.

I’m transitioning into test automation with C# and Playwright, building page object models and converting manual test cases into automated scripts. I also use AI-assisted development workflows to support implementation and improve script quality.
