I’m looking for a valuation-focused role where my IFRS 13/IFRS 3/IAS 36 expertise and financial modeling can support M&A, secured lending, and financial reporting—while leading teams and partnering with audit-grade stakeholders on defensible decisions.

I’m a chartered business & intangible asset valuer (MRICS) with IFRS-fluent depth (ACCA DipIFR & SBR) and CFA Level III candidacy. Over 25+ years and 150+ valuation engagements across Kazakhstan, Central Asia and EMEA, I consistently deliver outputs that withstand Big4 audit review.

My core strength is valuation enriched by deep IFRS knowledge—fair value measurement (IFRS 13), Purchase Price Allocation (IFRS 3) and impairment testing (IAS 36). I apply robust valuation methodology and financial modeling (DCF, market and asset approaches, PPA, scenario and sensitivity analysis) for M&A, restructuring, secured lending, financial reporting and dispute support.

I’ve led teams and ownership-level client relationships as Deputy General Director - Head of Business Valuation, managing around 100 valuations across business, intangible assets, financial instruments, and commercial/industrial property. I also bring broader experience from investment banking (M&A and capital raising) and 100+ advisory and credit-analysis projects, serving corporates, financial institutions, and private equity/venture capital investors.
