At Leroy Merlin Italia and Adeo Group, I design logistics, stock management, and supply chain tools used across 52 Italian stores, with pilots in Portugal and France. I also designed an internal conversational knowledge assistant, including its interface, knowledge-base back office, and safeguards for unanswered or confidential information; it’s now in pilot with around 5,000 store staff.
Previously, at WESSCO INTERNATIONAL, I led design for in-flight applications and onboard services for airlines including United, Etihad, and Qatar, and grew the design team from one to six. Earlier, at ZHEJIANG FILO DESIGN CO., LTD, I designed physical products with embedded digital interfaces, three of which reached mass production.
