What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level GRC, Risk, or Compliance Analyst role in a collaborative organization where I can apply my leadership, audit, and control experience while growing technical security and governance skills.

I am an Army veteran and mission-driven professional transitioning into Governance, Risk, and Compliance, combining leadership, operations management, and IT foundations. I bring proven experience enforcing policies, managing risk, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation and inventory controls.

In retail and foodservice management roles I developed and enforced SOPs, led training programs, reconciled inventory discrepancies, and improved controls that reduced loss and exposure; I earned General Manager of the Month and drove measurable operational improvements. I am actively building cybersecurity foundations with a focus on risk management, compliance frameworks, and security governance.

I am detail-oriented, skilled at stakeholder communication, and committed to continuous improvement and compliance-driven operations. I seek an entry-level GRC or risk-focused analyst role where I can apply my documentation, audit, and control experience to strengthen organizational security and compliance.
