At DMC Services, I led architecture, design, validation, and manufacturing release for mixed-signal hardware used in industrial control and power electronics. I developed 25 multilayer PCB assemblies and reduced component costs by approximately 10% through component optimization.
At RedClover Networks, I designed embedded hardware for IoT and wireless communication products, developing 17 multilayer PCB layouts up to 12 layers. I also supported RF subsystem integration, antenna implementation, and wireless hardware validation.
My project work includes a BLE biomedical sensing platform for non-invasive glucose-sensing R&D, a LoRa wearable positioning device, and a STM32-based ultra-wideband positioning platform. Earlier, at Esterline Power Systems, I updated production PCB layouts that contributed to a 15% improvement in manufacturing throughput.
