At Hyperside, I worked on a Qt/QML CCTV management app for Windows and Linux. I restyled the UI, cut view load times by a factor of 10, and fixed jitter in recorded video streams along with most crashes and hang-ups.
I also built detachable interface panels that can open as standalone windows. I introduced a code-review practice in GitLab.
At Movavi, I worked on cross-platform desktop software and later served as an interim Team Lead during staff turnover. I retained all five team members for 18 months, met every sprint target, and introduced automated formatting so reviews could focus on logic and design.
Earlier at Movavi, I added QML hot reload, moved business logic into an MVC C++ layer, and helped port a Windows-centric codebase to macOS. I also built PastViewer, a C++20 and Qt app that shows historical photographs against a user's location, with map-marker clustering.
