At Activated Insights, I rebuilt the engineering organization, platform, and operating model after a three-company merger, with two more businesses added. I established four product teams and Platform Engineering, and unified a shared foundation across five acquired businesses.

I launched SyncStream as the platform for vendor integrations and commercialized the Enterprise Data Lakehouse. I also introduced DORA metrics and a KPI scorecard, supporting at least 95% delivery predictability and zero critical incidents.

At Inovalon, I led engineering across Provider Solutions and Data Insights, overseeing 200+ global engineers and a $30M+ budget. I led a cloud, EHR, practice-management, and automation program that cut implementation time by 90%, and shipped machine-learning models into customer-facing products.

Earlier, at ABILITY Network, I launched an enterprise data lake and a FHIR-based API and developer portal, and led the technical workstream for its 2018 sale to Inovalon. At TriZetto Corporation, I led engineering for a claim management solution adopted by top-tier US health plans.
