I manage an independent Chartered Accountancy practice at M R M R & Co., delivering taxation, audit, and advisory services for individuals, firms, and companies. My work spans income tax, GST, TDS/TCS, ROC compliance, financial statements, and statutory, tax, internal, and GST audits.

At WAISL Ltd, I led full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and managed consolidated finance operations across multiple locations and currencies. I supported financial finalization, regulatory filings, MIS reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, and overseas branch operations in Greece.

Previously at Ernst & Young, I conducted statutory audits, internal audits, limited reviews, special-purpose audits, and tax audits for clients in automotive, real estate, FMCG, and entertainment. I applied Ind-AS, SFRS, and GAAP to financial reporting matters, assessed risk and controls, and developed audit approaches with cross-functional teams.

Across my career, I’ve built hands-on experience in tax compliance, audit execution, financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory matters. I’m focused on delivering accurate financial insights, practical compliance support, and stronger control environments.
