I'm looking for AI Engineer or Applied AI roles focused on agents, RAG, memory and state, evaluation, retrieval quality, and responsible integration into established software products.

At OneNew, I architect query-aware RAG workflows and stateful LangGraph agents that turn LLM capabilities into reliable product systems. I build hybrid retrieval across pgvector and PostgreSQL full-text search, with evidence gating, provenance, stable citations, durable query runs, and human review.

I make AI systems measurable through evaluation and regression workflows for prompts, retrieval, and extraction, supported by trace, context, token, cost, and quality telemetry. My integration work includes governed Ghost CMS automation and audited, draft-only MCP tools that preserve human approval for external actions.

Previously at Needle Digital, I engineered a geospatial mining-data platform across FastAPI, Neo4j, Next.js, Mapbox, and QGIS, supporting discovery across seven Australian states and territories. I also built APIs, spatial search, geological heatmaps, and a QGIS plugin designed for resilient, state-aware workflows.

I've built mobile products and enterprise APIs, and led technology and product teams as co-founder and CTO of HappyMinds and CTO at Wellness Mandala. Across those roles, I delivered product improvements associated with 20% higher retention and 25% higher customer satisfaction.
