I am a corporate lawyer with hands-on experience advising investors and startups across Series A–C fundraises, secondary transactions, and due diligence for strategic investments. At Ascendus Law Partners I drafted and negotiated SSAs, SHAs, deeds of adherence and other transaction documentation for diverse sectors including AI, e-mobility, consumer brands and specialty retail.

I also lead commercial contract work—drafting NDAs, licensing, manufacturing and supply agreements, distributorship and master services agreements—while managing legal operations for accelerator cohorts and standardizing templates for HR and operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

My practice emphasizes risk mitigation: negotiating exclusion of promoter liability, securing indemnities, conducting detailed legal due diligence and enforcing IP rights to protect client interests across cross-border and domestic transactions.
