At Go Maps, Inc., I helped architect, build, and launch the Go Car Insurance platform, taking it from early development through production. I developed backend services in Go and PostgreSQL for quoting, policy management, claims, billing, and renewals.
I led integrations with Verisk, LexisNexis, TransUnion, and other data providers, reducing processing time by 25% and improving data accuracy by 20%. I also designed REST APIs and built background processing for payments, renewals, notifications, and documents.
I owned AWS infrastructure and production operations, using EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch. I also established engineering practices, mentored teammates, and led incident response and root-cause analysis.
At PayPal, I integrated Nordstrom’s Private Label Credit Card platform with PayPal’s payment infrastructure. I’m currently building hands-on expertise in agentic AI development with Claude Code, Claude API, and AI-assisted software development workflows.
