Currently I work at Bullfinch Software's for 1.9 years in the core backend engineering team. As a part of my daily routine I have been given tasks to refactor previous deployed software in java-9 which had lot of bugs and negative client feedback and update it to java-11(LTE) along with reimplementing the modules from scratch given guidance from my team lead.

Along with this I maintain documentation regarding backend tech architecture design with my scrum master for maintaining transparent communication channels with non-technical stakeholders.

I am also assigned additional tasks by my manager to collect non-technical client side requirements with our UI team to have a better perspective to understand the communication channel between different clients and UI team and further anticipate the requirements for the backend team for future development sprints(Software-lifecycles).

I have a problem-solving mindset, and I hone the skill to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.

I also participate in work home projects given to me by my team lead regarding comprehensive problem-statements which I proactively solve on a monthly basis.

Through various projects and training, I have honed my skills in understanding, designing and implementing applications, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Given the above closure of my daily routine, currently I am interested to increase my current skillset by exploring the depth-ness and breadth-ness of backend technology in particular and get the open platform to learn and explore more opportunities in an open work environment. I also look further to explore the middleware connectivity layer of front-end and back-end software architectures and explore the field of full-stack development in general. I am looking to work at an open-minded work culture environment at startups, mid -sized(service/product) companies to continue my software engineering journey.
