At i4 Energy, I run GitOps deployments for an industrial IoT platform across AKS clusters and a fleet of on-prem Kubernetes edge installations. I manage platform upgrades through canary and wave stages, with automated readiness checks and written runbooks.
I handle production incidents end to end, from reproducing and tracing faults to fixing and documenting them. I’ve also moved application secrets to External Secrets Operator with Azure Key Vault and kept GitHub organisation settings and Keycloak realm configuration as code.
Before moving into the platform role, I built and maintained REST APIs and schema migrations for the same product in Deno and TypeScript, over MySQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL. I also took on deployment and production troubleshooting for the services I built.
Outside work, I built rf luv, an RTL-SDR radio lab with spectrum scanning and signal decoders feeding a shared ClickHouse and Grafana stack. I’m also developing drum-part generation tools for heavy music as a native plugin and MIDI CLI.
