At Spare Labs, I owned the data platform end to end and built a governed BigQuery and dbt warehouse that became the single source of truth, processing roughly 300 million rows a month. I designed Product, Finance and go-to-market marts, strengthened data quality checks, and built customer-facing dashboards that cut ad hoc reporting requests by about 40%.

At DiDi Chuxing, I led an 8-person analytics and data science team and oversaw experiments that raised active driver retention about 7% and cut passenger wait times about 11%. I’ve also built ride-hailing operations at Picap and Grow Mobility, and at Spare Labs I remain hands-on with SQL, Python, causal analysis and the semantic layer behind Spare Scout.
