I'm looking for a QA or functional analysis role where I can test digital products, turn requirements into clear test scenarios, collaborate in Agile teams, and contribute to reliable processes and continuous improvement.

I'm currently evaluating an AI-powered e-commerce shopping assistant at Centific, manually testing response quality, identifying hallucinations and inconsistencies, and validating PT-PT localisation, product mapping, and data consistency.

I've supported healthcare and public-sector projects at Shore and Inetum through functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing. I create test cases from requirements, manage defects in Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence, and translate business needs into BPMN, UML, documentation, and digital workflows.
