At HCL Technologies, I work on BIOS validation, testing UEFI system firmware on Windows and Linux through sanity, BAT, functional, and regression testing.
I debug and isolate BIOS and assertion issues, collect Intel ITP logs, and work with storage devices including SATA SSDs, HDDs, and NVMe drives.
On the NVMe SSD Firmware Validation project for Solidigm Technologies, I prepared test cases for SSD swim lines and firmware modules, including manageability, firmware updates, formats, and resets.
I devised Python test scripts for firmware functionality from scratch to integration, and used TWIDL for manual SSD firmware validation. I also coordinated with firmware and framework developers to resolve defects using Jira.
